The forms of my work are largely inspired by the female body.

I spend time sketching the body, placing close attention to the outlines and movement these create.

Although I allow the weight of the clay, and other environmental factors to guide my final form, these drawings help to create a rough guide for my ceramics, to create shapes and sketches in the air.
